Holovan V. Axiopsychological potential of humanization of professional training of social pedagogsю

The dissertation contains the determination of valuation parameters and diagnostics of indicators of actualization of axiopsychological potential of profession-personal coming-to-be of future social pedagogs that is the evidence of real humanization of professional training in higher educational institution. The dynamics of 27 axiopsychological indicators of humanization of professional education of social pedagogs in higher educational institution - the lowering of the level of internal valuable conflict, the increase of world outlook and cultural toleration, friendliness, the refusal of manipulative strategies in communication and irrational psychological defences, the harmonization of personality's dispositional structure - have been experimentally fixed.It is determined that general factors of axiopsychological readiness to professional activity in field of Social Pedagogics are benevolence and extraversion.
