Essay

The dissertation deals with the analysis and development of methods of therapy for women with acne on the basis of the investigation of the level of gender and gonadotrophic hormones, sex-related globulin, prostate-specific antigen and psycho-sexual status of thepatients. 18% of women with acne showed a proved increase of the levels of luteinizing hormone (13,3±0,5 mME/ml) and general testosterone (4,95±0,37nmole/l), p<0,05 which are correlated with the seriousness of the disease. Witti the normal result of luteinizing hormone, pholiculo-stimulating hormone, general testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, 28% of patients demonstrated decrease in the concentration of sex-related globulin (17,29±0,7 nmole/1, p<0,05) which indicates an increased content of fractions of free testosterone. The increase of prostate-specific antigen (0,54±0,47 ng/ml, p<0,05) was revealed with 56% of patients and was highly correlated with the decrease of the level of SRG (r = = -0,51) which proves the existence of the fractions of free testosterone in the serum of the patients. A new method of complex treatment of women with acne has been worked out analyzed and implemented into practice using hormone-containing therapy, anti-homotoxic therapy and external method by Celebis which lead to the normalization of the endocrine and psycho-sexual statuses, the clinical manifestations of the disease and highly influence the efficiency of the treatment of acne.
