The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of theoretical positions and development of practical references for airline passenger service system logistical management. In spite of permanent growth of passenger transportations volumes, efficiency of airlines work goes down. One of the methods to increase competitiveness and economic efficiency of airlines is provide optimum, concerning charges and profits, level of passenger service. The determining condition of the offered organizational-economic mechanism of airline passenger service system logistical management is integration of separate links of transportation process and all subjects which taking part in it, in the unique passenger service system, able to provide the necessary level of service for the different categories of passengers during the complete service chain "from doors to doors" with maximal economic efficiency.
