Rogatenyuk E. Scientific and practical basis for developing of price setting mechanism in the regional recreational complex (taking as an example Autonomous Republic of Crimean).

This paper investigates theoretical, organizational and methodical conditions on development of price setting mechanism in the regional recreational complex in Crimean Autonomous Republic. The nature of a market price and price setting has been determined; the content of functions of a price and its public use have been defined concretely; the place and the role of price setting in restructuring of economic mechanism have been defined. Classification schemes of recreational needs and resources, lines and kinds of recreational activity have received further development. The content and the structure of recreational product as the result and at the same time the subject of recreational activity have been defined. Sorting of elements of regional recreational complex as a functional and territorial system has been carried out. It has helped to determine actual contribution all of its components into production of an all-round, multifunctional recreational product and price formation. An econometric modelof functional sphere of price setting mechanism has been created and studied. On the basis of its analyses the following results have been substantiated: measures for renovation and adaptation of information support of recreational activity in the region; recommendations for practice design of recreational status of territories-taxons on the basis of consumer characteristics; systematic recommendations on improvement of a price generation process on a recreational product in territories-taxons.
