It was determined that patients with psoriasis with intestinal dysbacteriosis were expressed dysfunction of systemic opsonocytophagic mechanism which is revealed by increase of NST-test activity (p < 0,05) and by reduction of plasmic fibronectin level (p < 0,001). And also dysimmunoglobulinemia has place, characterized by increase of Ig A (p < 0,001), Ig G (p < 0,001) levels and by reduction of Ig M (p < 0,01) level. Autoimmune processes with psoriasis with intestinal dysbacteriosis are characterized by authentic increase of autoantibodies Ig G (p < 0,01) and Ig M (p < 0,001) levels to unifiliform DNA and increase of autoantibodidies Ig G (p < 0,001) and Ig M (p < 0,05) levels to bifiliform DNA. Analysis of humoral antiendotoxinous immunity has revealed the increase of antiendotoxinous antibodies to lipopolysaccharides of E. coli class Ig A (p < 0,001), Ig M (p < 0,001), Ig G (p < 0,05) in patients with psoriasis with intestinal dysbacteriosis. It was carried out and instilled in Public health practice a method of patients' treatment with use of immunocorrector cyclopheron, probiotic biosporin and enterosorbent ultrasorb. Prescription of complex treatment to patients with psoriasis with intestinal dysbacteriosis allowed to achieve a positive clinical effect in 91,2 % patients, to contract a term of treatment in 1,3 times, to reduce a member of relapses in 2,2 times in comparative with traditional therapy.
