The object – the readiness of future teachers to independent creative work; the subject of the research work – the process of forming in future teachers the readiness to independent creative activity; the aim – is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the main parts of the process of forming of the readiness of future teachers to independent creative activity; the methods: theoretical – study and analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, methodical literature and generalization of information with aim of researching of the essence, structure and content of the readiness of future teachers to independent creative activity; empirical – questionnaire, tests, observation, interview, verification experiment, forming experiment, with aim of defining of general difference, professional positions, professional difficulties some assumption about creative activity professional necessities of teachers in the sphere of improvement of independent creative activity, and also estimation of forming levels in future teachers of readiness to independent creative activity; statistical methods of treatment of data, graphic presentation of results with aim of observating of dynamics of forming levels in future teachers of readiness to independent creative activity and defining the scientific validity of the results of the dissertation; the scientific novelty is that: the main parts of the process of forming in future teachers of readiness to independent creative activity, such as aims, principles, forms, methods and technologies of training of future teachers to independent creative activity; organizational pedagogical conditions, stimulus, means of forming of creative personality of future teacher have been theoretically grounded and experimentally verified for the first time; the content and the structure of the notion “readiness to independent creative activity” have been defined; the main criterions, indicators and levels of forming of readiness of future teachers to independent creativeactivity have been defined; the methods of using of pedagogical technologies in the process of training of future teachers to independent creative activity has been improved; principal propositions as for affectivity of pedagogical conditions of training of future teachers to independent creative activity are going to be developed; the content and results of the scientific research work can be used by teachers of all levels of accreditation higher educational establishments during making up plans and programs, special courses, during developing of methodological recommendations to independent creative activity in the system of additional education and raising of the level of professional skills of future teachers.
