Tarasova S. Forming of the preparedness for administrative work in future finance-economik profile managers.

The Object – the process of formation of the preparedness for administrative work in future finance-economic profile managers; subject – organizing-pedagogical conditions for formation of the preparedness for administrative work in future managers; purpose – theoretical grounding and experimental testing of organizing- pedagogical conditions which during the process of professional preparation help to form the preparedness for administrative work in future finance-economic profile managers; methods of research: theoretical – analysis, synthesis, comparison, qualification, systematizing, generalizing – made the clearing up of the essence of the process of formation of the preparedness for administrative work possible; empirical – questioning, testing, talks with teachers and students, observation of teachers’ and students’ actions, studying of students’ projects – helped to define the levels of the preparedness for administrative work; statistical methods were used to verify the hypothesis of the research; novelty – organizing-pedagogical conditions of the preparedness for administrative work in future finance-economic profile managers were first defined and tested; the structure, criteria and levels of formation of the preparedness for administrative work in future managers are elaborated; the model of “finance-economic profile manager” is worked out; the issues about modernizing the process of managers professional preparation in higher establishments got further development; results may be used in the studying-educational process in the way of implementing new ideas, methods, and technologies of formation of the preparedness for administrative work, and also are implemented in the course “Leader”, oriented on personal-professional self-development of future finance-economic profile managers.
