Polischuk L. Text structure in informational television broadcasting (on the basis of materials of national television channels)

This thesis offers the method of texts analysis, which form television information program. The candidate has examined the structure and method of putting information with accentuation of the main fact and other facts that disclose and supplement it. He has studied composition of text drawn up by journalist, type of localization of notices about the main fact used in this text. He has also analyzed the components and means of creation of a thematically uniform informational program. The thesis offers the linguistic aspects of studying the issues of journalistic science proper, profoundly examines the relation between intra- and extralinguistic aspects of a journalistic piece of work. The thesis suggests a comprehensive methodology of texts analysis which shows functional and essential characteristics of all the components of compound journalistic peace of work. While caring out the research for this thesis the author proceeded from both the material gathered and own experience of TV-work as well as from own observations of colleagues' work.
