Formation and regulation of prices enterprises-monopolies. Definition of theoretical positions and elaboration of applied principles of formation and regulation of prices at the enterprises-monopolies. Methods of research are the method of scientific abstraction, a method of economics and mathematical modeling, the complex analysis. The methodology of index determination "standard profitableness of products" is elaborated. Position according to formation of conditionally permanent expenses and choosing the strategy of price development. It is advanced employment "the norm of the conditionally permanent expenses" and interpretation of such category as "operational lever". Sphere of use is state regulation of activity of enterprises-monopolies.
