Essay

The subject of inquiry is the process of printing of textile materials from cellulose fibers with pigments. The inquiry objective is the development of pigment printing solutions with the use of domestically produced acryl binding agents on the basis of promoted acryl copolymers and polymers that are able to self- cross-linking. It was first determined that the use of the promoted acryl copolymer that is notable for the presence of groups-promoters of adhesion in the macromolecule as a binding agent provides not only adhesion of the film to the textile substrate, but also creates circumstances for the fullness of the reactions with cross-linking agents. It was also displayed that the creation of circumstances for the "work" of the cross-linking agents in two directions simultaneously, in particular of the "cross-linking" reactions of the macromolecules of the promoted polymer parallel with the supplementary resinification provides the increase of stability of pigment colorings. The application of thecomplex of methods allowed to increase the efficacy of the pigment printing technology of the textile materials. Application field - textile factories.
