This dissertation analyzes the issues of theoretical, doctrinal and conceptual providence of the "American interventionism" strategy in respect to its influences on the nature and particular features of the Euro-American relations and their gradual lose of the consolidate nature, distinctive to the epoch of system opposition with USSR.This work discovers evolutional features and phases of doctrinal changes in light of redirecting the dominant of isolationism in the course of liberal internationalism and military-political interventionism. The author proves gradual crystallization of contradiction between the European and American approaches to the regional and national conflicts particularly in the context of intensification of American interference based on unilateralism.The work proves that the American globalization and unilateralism were primary reasons of European circumspection to the American foreign policy.The author determined direct influence of EU's intensions in the implementation of commonforeign policy on the American attempts to restore consolidated character of the Euro-American relations.The complex of such factors was determined that caused further partner relations of the USA and the EU as well as particular features of the development of new relations between transatlantic allies in the modern conditions.
