Essay

A dissertation is devoted to study of social and psychological determinants of 'burnout' syndrome development among the fire and rescue units personnel of Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine. It is conducted the psychological analysis of current approaches to study of 'burnout' syndrome among different professions including extreme ones. It is presented the whole prognostic picture of the three components 'burnout' syndrome development analysis among the fire and rescuer units personnel. It is determined and analysed the basic social and psychological determinants of 'burnout' syndrome development at three levels: macro analysis, intermediate meditation and micro analysis of given phenomena. It is offered theoretical and applied approaches to considering the problems of 'burnout' syndrome among the fire and rescue units personnel of Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine. It is obtained new information on the rescuers' working condition influence on process of "burnout". It is shown the correlation of 'burnout'syndrome with individual and psychological properties of personality of specialist.
