Potapchuk N. Peculiarities of rendering psychological assistance to borderguards’ problematic families

Dissertation is devoted to research of psychological peculiarities of organizational capabilities of the future leaders of border guard units. As a result of theoretical analysis of the problem psychological essence structure and indexes of organizational capabilities of leader of border guard units is specified. Psychological description of levels of organizational capabilities formation of leaders of border guard units and peculiarities of their psychodiagnostics have been carried out. The optimum level of formed properties of officer personality has been determined and on its basis the standard of development of сadets’ organizational capabilities has been worked out. Basic directions and psychological peculiarities of organizational capabilities formation of the future border guard officers have been presented and recommendations on the organization of this activity in higher military educational establishment have been worked out.
