Vyniarska A. Usage of tetravit and metiphen fed to in-calves cows to prevent negative influence of nitrates on the organism of new born calves

Object of research: experimental subklinical nitrate-nitrite toxicosis of in-calves cows and influence of nitrates is mediated on the organism of new-born calves. Purpose of research: to learn ran across experimental subclini-cal nitrate-nitrite toxicosis at in-calves cows and application of tetravit and metiphen for warning of negative action of nitrates on the organism of new-born calves. Methods of research: pharmacological, clinical, biochemical, biometrical. Scientific novelty: Influence of tetravit and metiphen is studied on the organism of in-calves cows at subclinical nitrate-nitrite toxi-cosis and organism of new-born calves at the mediated influenc-ing of nitrates. The changes of morphological and biochemical indexes of blood, exchange of albumens and unspecific resistens are set at new-born calves at subclinical nitrate-nitrite toxicosis cows. The prophylactic operating of tetravit and metiphen is set on the organism of new-born calves. Application of metiphen instrumental in in-calves cowsnormalizations of not only haema-tological and biochemical indexes of blood of calves but also ac-tivating of cellular and gumor immunity. Degree of introduction: as a result of researches one declarative patent of Ukraine is got on an invention.
