Khakhlov A. Regional Structural Transformations of Building Materials Industry Under Conditions of Market Economy

The dissertation deals with theoretical methodological and practical problems of regional economic transformations improvement in building materials industry under the conditions of market relations. Comprehensive research of structural transformations scientific basis has been carried out, the nature and specific features of regional transformations of the industry have been distinguished, regional investments structure-formation function has been revealed. The nature and peculiarities of building materials industry development in Ukraine, on the whole, and in Polyssya economic region, in particular, have been found out, the influence of structural changes on the participation of enterprises in foreign trade, their stability in market environment have been investigated. The essentials of new innovation and investment activity formation taking into account regional economic transformations have been developed, a cluster model of future regional development has been suggested. The major trends of organizationnal and economic mechanism improvement of structural transformations investment provision have been substantiated.
