The object of the investigation - training of the swimmers on the stages of the maximum realization of the individual possibility. The subject of the investigation -tactical training of the swimmers. The aim is to develop a training program of the higher level of the tactical preparation of the high-skilled swimmers and to check experimentally there. The methods of the investigation: the study of the literary sources, theoretical analysis and synthesis, enquiry; pedagogic observation; pedagogic experiment, testing; the methods of mathematical statistics.
