Golovan T. The development of eight and ninth-form pupils' interest to jurisprudence study

The problem of the development of pupils' interest to jurisprudence study is considered in the thesis. The role of the educational programs and textbooks of jurisprudence in the development of interest is determined in the research. The concept ' interest to an educational subject' is formulated and the qualitative characteristics of four levels of development of interest to a subject by the dedicated criteria are proved in the work. In the thesis the basic conditions that influence forming of interest of the pupils to jurisprudence are found out and the experience of modern school practice concerning forming of interest of the pupils to jurisprudence is analyzed. The authors offers the experimental model of the development of eight and ninth-form pupils' interest to jurisprudence study. This model was approved in practice, and the results of investigation are analyzed. The author proves, that the keeping of the offered conditions of methods of teaching promotes forming of pupils' interest to jurisprudence and cause the growth of progress of their studying.
