Kudinova A. Entrepreneurial behavior and its modification in modern conditions

Processes and regularities of the forming of the business behaviour like the fynctions of the enterprising in conditions of functioning of the market economical system. The complex analysis on basis of modern paradigmal aspects of the main point of the business behaviour of the agent of management in the developed market system and the determinant, which stipulate its national peculiarities and substantiations of inside and outside conditions, aspects and instruments of the forming of the competitive model of the business behaviour. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, descriptive, graphical, quantitive and qualitive comparison, structural and functional. The evolution of the theories of the business behaviour is investigated, the comparative analysis of motivational theories of economical activity is made and the place of the business behaviour in these theories is determined. The modern meaning of the category's essence "business behaviour" is clarified. The classification of determinants is made and their total influence on the business behaviour is discovered in the developed market system. The strategy of investigation of the business behaviour is worked out in the conditions of the business' increasing globalozation. The national models of the business behaviour are identified with outlining their competitive advantages and the mechanism of unification of economical activities of the business behaviour subjects is disclosed. The goals, methods and instruments of the effective model forming of the business behaviour of native producers are established. The recommandations about the forming of the civilized competitive model of the business behaviour in Ukraine are worked out and inculcated. Also small and middle business of Ukraine and teaching process.
