Essay

Object of research: the territories spatial organization (SOT). Aim of research: development of effective methods, models and algorithms for optimization of the territories spatial organization in a high risks zone on the basis of system and complex approaches. Methods: the comparative analysis, methods of the potential theory, methods of the field theory, methods of the matrix theory, numerical methods of the optimization theory, methods of the system analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the analysis and synthesis problems of the territories spatial organization in a high risks zone are formulated and their solving is received, it bases new theoretical and practical researches of features of spatial risks distribution for the urban territories and system effects displays as a result of interaction town-planning systems elements. Scientific novelty: an essence of concepts of SOT and its potential are expanded, the new mathematical models of town-planning systems with interference of their elements and risks of potential loss are developed on the base of the potential SOT concept, at first the field theory is applied for the description of the orderliness SOT level on the basis of potential concept and field town-planning models are developed, the analysis and synthesis problems of town-planning systems are formulated and solved, the principles of construction and structure of the town-information system "MIS Harmony" which includes new mathematical models and algorithms of town-planning systems research with usage of potential SOT concept are developed, the new results of system effects display of favorable and negative factors influence on a gain of potential SOT are received. Degree of introduction: the results of research are used by the Institute of Regional Researches NAS of Ukraine for the elaboration of the "Demonstration project of spatial development of the Mykolayiv District of the Lviv Region", State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine at performance of the theme "Spatial preconditions of the of the administrative-territorial formations border establishment, harmonious development of cities, settlements and nearby territories", and also used in educational process of the Lviv Polytechnic National University. Sphere, branch of use: town- and territorial planning.
