Guryanov A. Strategy of diversification management contemporary Ukrainian enterprises.

Aim of research: perfection of construction and realization methods to di-versification strategy of enterprises in Ukraine economics conditions, with check-ing in industrial enterprises examples. Object of research: a process of strategy diversification management. Subject of research: a mechanism of diversification strategy management en-terprises in contemporary economic condition of Ukraine. Method of research: morphologic analysis and synthesis; system analysis method; structure modeling method; economic-mathematic modeling method; draw-analytic method. Theoretical and practical results. There theoretical results are in new ways to look on diversification, which allow to find new methods of enterprises strategy. There practical results are in models and method systems, which allow to more ef-fective manage diversification strategy, to make optimally decision in this process with taking into account risks and profit. Novelty of results. The substantiation theoretical and practical results of re-search contains a next novelty: a treatment of diversification as a phenomenon of enterprises life and as process and/or instrument manage this enterprises; a point of view on diversification as attribute of life cycle; works out a model of diversifi-cation structure unit; gives a resumptive and supplement definition of diversifica-tion; gives a conception about interested groups; widen sphere of use the "case method"; improves classification, in which production diversification separate of finance diversification; new point of view on role inner entrepreneurship in man-age of diversification.
