Object of the study is processes of management international competitiveness industrial enterprise. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and development recommendation on shaping the strategies of management international competitiveness industrial enterprise in modern condition. Methods of research are system-structured analysis, process and situational approach, expert estimation, optimization and information-analytical technology of the taking the management decisions. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical positions on development and choice to efficient strategy of management international competitiveness industrial enterprise; approach to categorizations determinant to international competitiveness industrial enterprise of Ukraine with account level to their localizations and sources of the origin.
