Object: psychological peculiarities of facilitation. Subject: formal-dynamic and qualitative indices of facilitation, typical and individual in their display. Methods: observation, testing, conversation, analysis of activity's products. Scientific noveltry: the structure of facilitation was theoreticaliy graunded and investigated, formal-dynamic and qualitative indices of facilitation were explicated and described; types of facilitation were grounded and empirically revealed individual and psychological peculiarities of the persons with a differrent degree and specifity of facilitation were examined; the specifity of facilitation among people with a different type of emotionality was studied.
