Kovalchuk Z. Psychologic Analysis of effective Interpersonal Interaction of the Teacher and Senior

The object of study – pedagogical interaction of the teacher and schoolboys. The purpose of study is revealing of the main mechanisms and factors of formation of the interpersonal relations between the teacher and senior in a course of interaction. The methods: techniques of study of person features, quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical methods. Novelty: the main psychological mechanisms of formation of mutual relation between the teacher and schoolboy during interaction are selected and analyzed. The theoretical value of work: the specificity of occurrence and formation of the interpersonal relations as phenomenon which depends on the low factors is found out. The practical value of work is defined by an opportunity of use of results of the carried out research by the teachers and schoolboys in practice of educational interaction.
