The dissertation is devoted to the problems of organization of the market and the improvement of its effective functioning. The theoretical based of formation of food market production in modern condition are investigated, the the methodological aspects of the analysis of effective production and development of the food market are considered, the tendencies of formation and regulation of food market are determined. The competitive structure of food market is made, the directions of improvement of the regulation mechanisms are formulated, and also its development is predicted for future.
