Boguslavskiy O. Transitional economy: essence, contradictions and tendencies of development.

The thesis is devoted to research of transitional economy and contradictions, which determine tendencies of its development. The essence, nature, initial conditions, main directions and final results of postsocialist transformation are revealed. The system of contradictions of transitional economy is described, its structure and peculiarities are shown. The dependency of transitional dynamics from solution of main contradictions of transitional stages and adequacy of selection of forms of their solution is determined. The mechanism of solution of contradictions of transitional economy, containing initial conditions, theoretical methods of solution, practical methods of influence on solution, measures and forms of solution are examined. Analysis of main measures of economic policy in context of solution contradictions of transitional countries is made. The perspectives of transition of groups of postsocialist countries are investigated, comparison of transformational results made with cluster analysis is conducted.
