The thesis deals with the vital theme - the formation of the professional-cognitive interest in future teachers to their pedagogical activities. In the research it was considered the content, forms and methods of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest in future teachers to their pedagogical activities. It also was analyzed and theoretically proved the pedagogical and methodological principles of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest in future teachers to their pedagogical activities; determined its components and stages of the formation; studied interrelation between the intellectual, emotional and motivational spheres of an individuality of future teachers in the process of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest. It was elaborated the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest in future teachers to their pedagogical activities in the higher educational process. It was designed the model of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest to the pedagogical activities, in which such stages of the formation were represented: prognostic, educational-active, active-reflexive, value-corrective. The results of the experimental work proved the efficiency of the suggested system of the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the professional-cognitive interest to the pedagogical activities.
