Object of the study: Hypoxic disorders after intranatal hemor-rhage in women. Purpose of the study: To improve the complex of therapeutic measures in omen with blood loss during delivery various degree of severity by means of determining impairments of tissue respira-tion and working out the methods of correction for prevention of post-hemorrhage hypoxic complications. Methods of the study: Clinical laboratory, clinical instrumental, biochemical, anthropometric, statistical methods of significance as-sessment. Practical significance: A new method of correction tissue hypoxia and early secondary prevention of metabolic, central hemodynamic disorders, lactation and vegetative impairments in women after pathological blood loss during labor using antihypoxic drug Mexidol was worked out. The use of the developed method promotes improvement of post-natal period in women who survived hemorrhage during labor, reduces the time of hospital stay for the mother and the baby, prevents further gynecological, ex-tragenital, metabolic. Endocrine pathology after the labor. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, impairments of tissue respiration in the primary links of the respiration chain were revealed in women who suffered hemorrhage during delivery. The key role of succinate dehydrogenase in development of respiratory disorders was revealed. Staged changes in the activity of this enzyme depending on the state of oxygen transportation function of the blood and the degree of blood loss were shown The role of impairments of oxidation phosphorylation in development of post-natal complications and long-term consequences of the blood loss was demonstrated. For the first time, the use of antihypoxant of direct action Mexidol (3-oxipyridine succinate, Medical Center Ellara (Riussia), Reg. No. UA/1348/02/01) in pathogenetic correction of post-hemorrgahe tissue hypoxia in women was investiagted and validated. Its efficacy in prevention of immediate and long-term effect of the blood loss was established.. Introduction: The developed method of early prevention of hypoxic consequences of the blood loss during labor was introduced to the work of obstetrics departments of Chutovo, Karlovka central district hospitals (Polatava region), Poltava, Chernigov, Ivan-Frankovsk regional hospitals. The theoretical findings were introduced to the teaching process of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Ukrainian Medical Dental academy. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
