A research object is a process of management of insurance in the state sector of economy, by an object are theoretic-methodological approaches in relation to the improvement of planning and organizing of insurance in the state sector of economy. Research methods were used: comparative analysis, analysis of the systems, statistical analysis and processing of data, logical generalization, abstracting and grouping. Theoretical positions and applied principles of improvement of planning and organizing of insurance are developed in state production-economic structures. The sphere of the use is practical activity of management subjects in relation to planning and organizing of management of insurance in the state sector of economy.
