The object of the research work is the process of formation of readiness of medical college students to promotion and realization of ideas of healthy way of life in professional activity. The purpose of the research work is the definition, theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of efficiency of organizational pedagogical conditions, directed on forming of readiness to promotion and realization of ideas of healthy way of life in professional activity.The research methods – theoretical, empiric, statistic.The scientific novelty is in clarification of concept „readiness of medical college students to promotion and realization of ideas of healthy way of life”. For the first time the organization of pedagogical conditions were theoretically stated and experimentally approved, they are directed on forming the readiness of medical college students to promotion and realization of ideas of healthy way of life; The variation approach to the students professional training gained further development; it was worked out the criteria of level diagnostics of formation of professional readiness according to motivational, emotionally volitional and essential components.
