The results of infusion-transfusion therapy and аnesthesiological maintenance of 227 patients, which were operated concerning a gastrointestinal bleeding of a ulcerative genesis are generalized. There was fixed, that using the data of clinical, laboratory and tool methods of research, at patients with gastrointestinal bleedings infringements of cardiovascular, respiratory systems and biological fastness of an organism take place. Influence of various methods of infusion-transfusion therapy and аnesthesiological maintenance on parameters of a hemodynamics, an oxygenous regimen and biological fastness of an organism is investigated. The expediency of use energy-biometric monitoring – status-measuring in an evaluation of degrees of infringement of biological fastness in an organism is proved at a gastrointestinal bleeding. An advantage of usage of the integrative blood-saving therapies on the basis of dynamic stabilization of intense volume of a blood at patients with stressbioinjured, stressbioblasted and stressbiodesintegrated gastrointestinal bleeding are resulted. The usage of suggested tactics of infusion - transfusion therapy was allowed to remove reliably infringements of parameters of biological fastness of an organism, to reduce lethality and to introduce effective blood-saving.
