Zhou X. Transformation of economic functions of the state in conditions of market transformations

Object of research: system of relations of production which develop in conditions of formation of market economy. The purpose of research: the characteristic of an economic role of the state with the help of definition and disclosing of its economic functions and features of their realization in transformation economy. Research receptions: an ascension from abstract to concrete, unity historical and logic, the structurally functional analysis, the comparative analysis, synthesis and the system approach. Results, novelty: It is proved, that the role of the state and model of its economic policy are determined by ability to find the form of the decision of the contradiction between totalitarian and neoliberal making economic system; It is proved, that transformation crisis in a transition period is not to constants, and acts as investigation of easing of realization systemforming functions of the state; classification of economic functions of the state is advanced.
