Muntyan V. Optimization of special training in the hand-to-hand fighting considering individual characteristics of sportsmen.

Research object: educational-training process in a hand-to-hand fighting. Research purpose: facilities and methods of the special preparation in a hand-to-hand fighting taking into account the individual features of sportsmen. Research methods: analysis and generalization of information from scientific and methodical literature, questionnaires and interviewing of trainers and sportsmen; physical development tests, expert method of estimation of level of preparedness of sportsmen; educational experiment, instrumental methods of fixing: time-study, foto- and video survey; methods of mathematical statistics.The Dissertation contains theoretical and experimental data concerning optimization of special training in the hand-to-hand fighting considering individual characteristics of sportsmen. The thesis is devoted to the problem of the current state of the development of various types of single combats and martial arts along with a detailed analysis of the hand-to-hand fight as a kind of sport.
