The dissertation is dedicated to recess of theoretical-methodological positions, mining and scientific justification of the practical recommendations effective entities of a system of padding urging of operation of economics, working industrial quadrants. In operation the conceptual vehicle of urging of a transactions is investigated, as a result of which further progressing was received by concepts: "premium", "awarding", "bonus systems", is formulated author's definition "systems of awarding". The principles entities of awarding are determined, and also the trial functions of the premium were chosen. The obligatory estimation of an economic efficiency of awarding is proposed and the offers rather entities of the dodge of an estimation and check on separate aspects of awarding are designed. For matching miscellaneous systems of awarding and their more precise estimation the applicable system of indexes is designed. In operation the comprehensive approach to meliorating entities of urging at the industrial plants is introduced, which one consists in applying the dodge of forming, usage and accompaniment of systems of padding urging of a transaction. The system of the transferred premiums is proposed, which one allows for effect of lower boundary of padding financial incentives, and allows to expand a circle of indexes of awarding, simultaneously having increased a general efficiency of all system of urging. The approaches rather entities of systems of padding urging abundant in world (global) practice are investigated and the methodical recommendations for an intrusion of separate members of financial incentives in economic practice of the industrial plants are designed in Ukraine.
