In dissertational work theoretical approaches and practical ways of realization of absorption of the enterprises which primary goal consists in disclosing essence of procedure of absorption for the prevention of unforeseen acts of managers of the enterprise and creation of protective actions with the purpose of avoidance of enemy interception of the control are generalized. In work it is investigated and on new the concept "re-structuring absorption" is formulated, process of realization of bankruptcy of the enterprises.
