Object - social and pedagogical conditions of professional education of managers-agrarians at high school. Aim – to determine and scientifically substantiate social and pedagogical conditions, elaborate the structural and functional model of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians within the system of high school. Methods – theoretical, empirical, statistic, pedagogical experiment. Theoretical results and novelty – it is the first time that social and pedagogical conditions of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians have been determined and substantiated, the essence and structure of the phenomenon “professional mobility of future managers-agrarians” described, criteria and indicators of the levels of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians ascertained and described, the structural and functional model of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians within the subsystem of “bachelor-specialist” elaborated, the essence of the notions “mobility”, “professional mobility”, “professional administrative competence of managers-agrarians” specified. Practical results and novelty – elaboration of the methods of diagnosing the levels of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians; preparation of informative and methodological material to accompany the process of formation of professional mobility of future managers-agrarians at high school and in the system of retraining and refreshing of specialists of agrarian branch of economics.
