Basel M. Тreatment of uroterocele of doubled ureters in adult patients

Data about treatment of 123 patients with ureterocele of doubled ureters were presented in the work.. On the background of ablated membranes of ureterocele and intramural department of ureter during the operation established, that a cause of obstruction of urinary tracts is ureteral wall aplasia with deficiency of muscular tissue and vegetation of connective tissue.On the background of various results studying inexpediency of operative treatment of ureterocele of no big sizes (till 3 sm) with disturbances of urodynamics of the I degree and absence of complications established. Such patients need dynamic observation and examination.Transurethral dissection of ureterocele membranes is effective at disturbances of urodynamics of the II degree and ureterocele of no big sizes (till 3 sm). In cases of ureterocele of the III degree, and also failure of dissection of ureterocele membranes are effective reconstructive operations - resection of ureterocele membranes with neoureterocystostomy or anastomose of doubled urinary tracts. Disturbances of urodynamics of the IV degree with absence of segment function or along doubled kidney are evidence to heminephrureterectomy or nephrectomy
