Cherevko V. Methodology of formation and management of financial flows of region

In the dissertation the processes of formation and management of financial flows of region are investigated, the methods and directions of their improvement in transformation to economy are developed. In work the theory and methodology of a financial flow of region is profound, its economic essence, its role and meanings in development of regional economic system is determined; the structure of a financial flow of region is advanced, the financial flows of the basic compound regional economic system are separately allocated; the methodical approaches concerning management of financial flows at a regional level are advanced; the complex system of an estimation of a management efficiency by regional financial flows is constructed which is based on interrelation of the basic groups of parameters vertical, horizontal, comparative, structural, index, economic-mathematical types of an estimation; the model of diagnostic of volumes of shadow financial flows in different areas of economy of region of scales ofshadow activity is developed.
