Protsak K. Organizational and economic ensuring and regulation of housing-and- municipal service of the population

The object of investigation is the process of the organisational and economic providing and housing-municipal regulation. The aim is the scientific argumentation of theoretically applied approaches to the formation of organisational and economic providing and regulation of the relations beturen subjects (subjects relations) at the market of housing-municipal services. Such methods of investigation as system, comparative, situational analysis, economic and statistical, economic and mathematical methods, modeling of organisational structures have been used. Theoretical principles and practical recommendations concerning the building the structural and organizational elements in the process of housing-municipal regulation for providing competitive condition for service suppliers and raising the level of regulating their relationships in the present economy. The sphere of use is the practical activity of the subjects of the housing-municipal economy as to the organisation of management and housing-municipal regulation in the region.
