Object of investigation. The processes of functioning transport complex of Ukraine. The aim of investigation. The novelty consist of grounding expediency creation the unique integrating transport structure, that can has plural temper, methodological principles reformation of organizational management structure Ukraine's complex in frame of the unique transport system are devised. Usingthe index stock of competitiveness transport communication as a criteria of optimal for definitioning, level cooperation between different types of transport for variety rates transportation passengers and freights is proposed.
