During the work under the thesis there were developed theoretical and methodical bases and practical ways for the improvement of organizational and economic maintenance of regional development of business in sphere of services. There have been determined economic essence and features of business in sphere of services, described and substantiated substance and structure of organizational and economic maintenance of it regional development as the synthesis of forms, methods and mechanisms by which organization of business is realized. The analysis of the contemporary state, the dynamic tendencies of regional development of business in Ukraine and factors, by which have influence onto these changes. The author's concept of the control system reforming is offered in organizational and economic maintenance of regional development of business in sphere of services.
