Essay

Object of research are developments of the consumer market of Ukraine. The purpose of research is development of scientific - methodical maintenance of the concept of the mechanism of regulation of the consumer market which introduction will promote dynamic and to balanced development of economy of Ukraine. Methods - a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, fundamental positions of the economic theory, laws of functioning of market economy, comparison, an induction, deduction, the analysis, synthesis, economic - statistical, analytical and graphic methods, a method smoothings. Results: the concept of the mechanism of regulation of the consumer market; model of identification of problems of the consumer market; have received the further development theoretical bases of regulation of the consumer market; model of decision-making during regulation of the consumer market; model of the organization of regulation of the consumer market; supply with information of regulation of the consumer market. Novelty: for the first time the concept of the mechanism of regulation of the consumer market on a basis theories and the system approach for maintenance of dynamic balance in the market is developed; the model of identification of problems of the consumer market is developed on the basis of the situational analysis which realization allows to reveal nonequilibrium conditions in the market during his regulation; have received the further development theoretical bases of regulation of the consumer market on the basis of studying his maintenance, features of functioning, and also priorities, restrictions and tools of the state influence for stabilization the phenomena in the market; model of decision-making on the basis of process and situational approaches during regulation of the consumer market with the purpose of development of the proved effective decisions on his stabilization; model of the organization of regulation of the consumer market which allows to balance interests of economic subjects on the basisof coordination of activity of functional divisions of bodies of the state and regional management proceeding from priorities of the state social and economic policy; the supply with information of regulation of the consumer market is advanced on the basis of the system approach that allows to raise efficiency of decision-making for support of processes of market stabilization.
