Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of the pulse grinding of vegetative raw material and to creating the effective mill of a new design. The physical model of pulse-grinding is represented. The mathematical model of grinding kinetics in the pulse mill was created. The kinetic dependences of pulse grinding of soy-bean when producing the "soy-bean milk" suspension were experimentally established. The dependences of kinetic indexes on parameters of the mill construction were determined. The energy consumption for grinding process was investigated; the dependences of specific energy consumption on parameters of the mill construction were determined. The technique of calculation and the software support for establishing the parameters of the mill construction and the energy consumption on grinding were created. The industrial sample of the mill with the offered design was produced and introduced in manufacture.
