Essay

The aim of this research was to investigate lichenflora of the Medobory Nature Reserve (Ternopil oblast, Ukraine). More then 900 samples, collected in the Medobory Nature Reserve and "Kremenets Mountains" - its branch, were studied. The list of the Medobory Nature Reserve lichens comprises 206 species, belonging to 74 genera, 31 families and 12 orders, and 16 species of lichenicolous fungi. 94 species appeared to be new for the Reserve, 38 - for the Ukraine plains, 6 species are for the first time reported for Ukraine.
