Mathematical model of stress and strain condition of system "belt - load - belt" of steep inclined conveyer with pressed belt is developed and calculation method of stress and strain condition of load on transitional area of steep inclined conveyer with stressed belt is obtained. Dependences of relative slipping of belts and load on transitional area KNK are received. The task of determining rational parameters of transitional area of steep inclined conveyer with pressed belt is solved. Methodical recommendations concerning calculation characteristics of stress and strain condition of the system "belt - load - belt" of steep inclined conveyer with pressed belt and choice of optimum parameters of transitional area of steep inclined conveyer are developed. Methodics of defining dependence of curvature radius of transitional area from the corner of conveyer lifting is introduced in joint-stock Company "Azovmash" and is used while developing KNK 270/3000 project. The expected annual effect due to introducing offered engineering methodics of planning curve of transitional area KNK due to reducing capital and operational cost will be 1600 thousand grn.
