Essay

Dissertation work devoted to the question reformation economic mechanism of the mineral resources use. In dissertation the legal as-pects of ownership on natural resources and grants of them in the use, theoretical and methodical base of payments for the mineral re-sources use and world experience in this field are considered. Conception of reformation of economic mechanism introduction of payments for the mineral resources use is developed. Establishment of the common differentiated norms of payments for the mineral re-sources use under the mining activity as regulators of economic, ecological and social safety of the country is proved. Basic dissertation conclusions are inculcated in practice of the industrial activity regulation.
