Essay

Object - the process of management of solid wastes of food products' production and consuming. Purpose - development and working out of conceptual, methodological, scientific-practice bases of forming of organizational-economic managing mechanizm of solid wastes of food products' production and consuming. Methods - system and complex analysis, statistical analysis, dialectical method of knowlege. Novelty - at first conceptual and methodological bases of forming of organizational-economic managing mechanizm of solid wastes with accounting featuresof food products' production and consuming are grounded. Result - system of stimulation instruments of wastes reducing for producers, sellers and consumers of food-staff is worked out. It is inculcated - in the education process of Odessa state ecological university. Branch - higher education.
