Pospelov O. The mechanism of state regulation of proof development of power sector of economy

Object of research. Process of formation of system of state regulation of power sector. The purpose of research. Development of teoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning perfection (formation) of the mechanism of steady development of power sector of economy of Ukraine. Research receptions. A dialectic method of knowledge fundamental rules of the economic theory, generalscientific principles of realization of research, modern methods of the system analysis, modeling and forecasting of economic processes. The theoretical and practical results are used during the decision of tasks of development of the recommendations concerning perfection of mechanisms of state regulation of steady development of power sector of economy and their introduction in practice of activity of the central bodies of the executive authority. The novelty is, that the concept of formation of the effective mechanism of regulation of power sector of economy for the first time is developed which is based onset of principles, methods, measures, tools and levers of state regulation; the mechanism of maintenance of economy is developed which represents system of organizational-economic measures, which allow system of state regulation according to modern lines of the European integration. The separate rules dissertation of research are used by development of the basic rules(situations) " of Power strategy of Ukraine for the period till 2030 and further prospect ". The conclusions and generalizations made during research, are used in educational process of the Kharkov National Academy of Municipal Economy.
