Chystyakova Y. Fractal analysis of heart rate in sportsmen with abnormal electrocardiogram

The dissertation is dedicated to the decision of actual scientific problem functional condition in sportsmen medical control efficiency increase, early diagnostics of adaptation infringements on the basis of the functional condition differentiated estimation in sportsmen with abnormal and normal electrocardiogram, forecasting the competitive activity results dynamics success by heart rate fractal analysis application. There have been detected significant difference of quantitive (Hurst-index) and qualitative (attractor density and configuration evaluation) scores of heart rate fractal analysis in elite athletes with abnormal and normal electrocardiogram depending on the progress of their competitive activity. The comparative analysis of diagnostic value of methods of electrocardiography and heart rate fractal analysis has shown that diagnostic value of heart rate fractal analysis is significantly higher than that of electrocardiography in elite athletes when prognosing the competitive activity resultsdynamics.
