Essay

Object: processes of socio-economic development and functioning of seashores regions of Ukraine in the system of between-regional transborder cooperation. Aim: perfection of theoretical approaches to forming of organizational, economic and methodical principles of socio-economic development of seashores regions of Ukraine. Methods: structural, statistical analysis, comparison, expert estimations. Results: the selection is offered in the system of regions of Ukraine of the second territorial division of the Seashore region of Ukraine, conception of creation and institutional orgware of between-regional transborder cooperation is developed in seashores regions. Use: in activity of Government Custom Service of Ukraine, Mykolayiv Custom.
