Mokhnach-Galytska E. Preparing of official edition: legislative, editorial and publishing aspects (based on materials of the Parliament publishing and Legal Department)

The work is motivated by necessity of scientific researches in the sphere of official documents editing. In the course of interpreting, clarifying and applying policy decisions made by legislators has become more important. The dissertation concentrates on the analysis of normative-legal base of edition of official literature; definition of institutions (political departments) which are authorized to edit official texts and their editorial area; editor's work under the style and language of official document; preparation to publication of Russian language official document version (stylistics comparison of the official- businesslike style of Ukrainian and Russian languages); making editorial matters. The precondition of formation of contemporary theory of official documents editing are also analyzed in the research.
